The Meeting Rooms are NOT AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION from JUNE 1, 2017 through SEPTEMBER 1, 2017.
The library offers meeting space on a first come, first served basis to community groups during regular library hours. First preference is given to use of meeting space for programs and activities sponsored by the library, the Friends of Horsham Township Library and departments of Horsham Township.
A security deposit of $20.00 is required for all reservations. In addition, some fees for use of meeting space may apply. Please refer to the Meeting Room Policy section of the library's Policy Manual
Reservations must be made in advance in writing on the Horsham Township Library Meeting Room Reservation Form, available by clicking the links below. A separate application form is required for every different date for which a room is being requested. The library will accept reservations up to three months in advance for meeting space.
Meeting Room Reservation Form
The library's large community meeting room can seat up to 180 people and is equipped with a large projection screen at one end. Use of the library's projector, audio-visual setup, and laptop costs $75.
The community meeting room can be sub-divided into three smaller meeting spaces. Each of these can seat up to 60 people.
